Through real-time monitoring and overrun alarm, the fan operation state can be adjusted in time to prevent blade accidents, which has very important practical significance for fan safety. At the same time, the accumulated original data has a high reference value for the subsequent design, manufacturing and optimization of wind turbine, and has a positive effect on the rapid development of wind power industry. The on-line monitoring system of fan blades can grasp the operation and health status of the fan blades in real time. If abnormal vibration is found, the system can automatically send alarm information, find the fault location and development trend in advance, and ensure the safety of the fan.

After the sensors are arranged, the data is transmitted to the industrial control in the engine room through the wireless AP in the hub, and then the industrial control sends the data to the main control of the fan and the MTS system. The data can be analyzed and processed by the manufacturer after being transmitted to the main control system of the fan.

Model V812T is a high-sensitivity accelerometer which simultaneously measures acceleration and low-frequency vibration. V812T is capacitive accelerometer family utilizes a silicon Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) variable capacitance sensing element. The output signal is scaled as a voltage which is proportional to the applied acceleration, signal format is single-ended 2.5±2V. The accelerometer is powered by a single regulated supply between 8 to 36 Vdc. Thermal drift has been compensated by internal circuit for the best environment stability. The sensing element and electronics are contained in a tough housing with an integral cable terminated by specified connector for train application. The output cables are protected by fire resistant tubes for long term out-door use. Signal ground is isolated from the test object for better interference shielding. The accelerometer can be mounted by M6 metric screw or adhesive. V812T is well-suited for a wide variety of train and railway applications requiring low frequency measurements and reliable package.
